What is your delivery policy?All orders are prepared and shipped within 3 working days (unless stated otherwise) using 2nd Class Royal Mail. This service is expected to deliver within 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. As a small business, we regret that we are unable to cover any import or custom charges for international orders. Customers can arrange to collect their orders from Daventry, Northamptonshire, at a time agreed upon between them and The Wild Moon Company once the order is ready.

Are your items ethically sourced?Knowing that our products are ethically sourced is of great importance to us at The Wild Moon Company. We choose all our stockists with this in mind, and will only ever use those that follow the same ethics as ourselves.

Do you have an environmental policy?As a company we do everything we can to reduce our waste. We try to use recycled and/or recyclable materials as much as possible. As with everything, it s always a learning journey, one which we will always aim to be better at!

How do I return or cancel an item?If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product remains unused and unopened. Regrettably, refunds cannot be issued for used products unless they are faulty. In which case we will offer a replacement or refund depending on your requirement. To initiate the return process, please contact us in the first instance. We will kindly ask that you send back the unopened product in its original packaging along with a brief note detailing the reason for the return. The cost of returning faulty items will be covered by The Wild Moon Company. Your refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods - unless otherwise agreed. Feel free to reach out to us for any queries or assistance with your return. Full refunds will be granted for orders cancelled before dispatch. For orders cancelled after dispatch, a refund will be issued, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a refund will only be issued once the item is returned.
